Nzilani Mweu

Nzilani is currently an Associate in Technology, Media and Telecommunication (TMT) and Dispute Resolution, Litigation and Administrative Processes practice areas at the firm. She has extensive experience and expertise in both areas of practice. Nzilani has been involved in the advisory of major transactions and consultancies for reputable corporations and state corporations. Some of the major companies she has acted for and advised include global telecommunication companies and mobile telecommunication companies state corporations and internet service providers among others. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB)(Hon) from Moi University. She was admitted to the Bar in 2011 after completing the Advocates Training Programme at the Kenya School. Nzilani is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.


Vincent Tuli

Vincent is a seasoned Advocate in various capacities in the legal profession. He currently manages the firm’s Corporate & Finance Practice. He has previously worked at the firms of Khaminwa & Khaminwa Advocates & Muthoga Gaturu Advocates. He is an Associate Arbitrator with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators London and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Environmental Law from the Centre for Advanced Studies in Environmental Law at the University of Nairobi Law School. He has extensive experience in commercial transactions and corporate work including Structuring Advisory in Real Estate Development projects, Transaction Agreements, Contracts and Transactional Due diligence.


Caroline Maina

Caroline is an Associate in the Projects (Energy and Infrastructure) practice team. Caroline undertook her pupilage at the firm of Iseme, Kamau & Maema Advocates before joining KO Associates. She has extensive experience in projects advisory and legal consultancy in energy and Infrastructure as well as in trade and finance. Caroline has been part of the team working on the development of various county sustainable energy policies and various flagship projects in infrastructure and trade in the East African Community. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B) (Hons.) from the University of Nairobi and a postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.


Rose Ndichu

Rose Ndichu works in the Corporate Commercial Law Department as an Associate. Her main areas of practise include; Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Conveyancing and Real Estate Law. She has a keen interest in Merger & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Capital Markets, Corporate Governance, Banking & Finance, Asset Finance & Leasing, and Corporate Recovery. She has worked in Safaricom’s Legal and Secretarial Services Department as a contractor in the Property Section. Rose graduated from the University of Nairobi’s Faculty of law where she obtained her LL.B (Hons.). She then proceeded to the Kenya School of Law where she obtained her Post Graduate Diploma.


Rajab Mwachia

Rajab is an associate at the firm with a devoted interest in legal research. He previously worked at the firm of KTK Advocates where he also did his pupilage before joining KO Associates. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons) from Moi University. He was admitted to the Bar in 2016 after completing the Advocates Training Programme at the Kenya School. Rajab’s main area of specialization is Commercial Litigation. His other areas of specialization include: Corporate and Finance, Commercial Transactions, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Debt Recovery, Intellectual Property Law, Probate and Administration Law, Insurance Law, Employment Law, Legislative Drafting and Legal Services Consulting. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
