Beatrice is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an Associate in the Firm’s Projects in Energy and Infrastructure Practice. She specializes in infrastructure, energy, natural and renewable resources projects. She also advises on matters international trade, climate change and sustainable investments.

- Advised on the structuring of Public Private Partnership (PPP) arrangements and the structuring of equity and debt investment arrangements for project companies.
- Advised project developers and investors on the structuring of infrastructure related investments and projects in diverse sectors including ports, water and power generation particularly renewable energy projects.
- Regulatory advisory work on the structuring and matters compliance of investment funds from private equity funds to real estate funds (such as REITs) and other fund structured products.
- Conducting legal audits and compliance checks, issuing legal opinions and negotiating and drafting various transaction agreements including EPC, offtake agreements, concession agreements and procurement contracts.
