Brian Odongo is a Partner at KO Associates LLP and heads the Dispute Resolution Practice.

He has extensive corporate and commercial law experience and has structured and advised on commercial transactions for various clients Brian has handled and structured many commercial transactions and has experience in strategic commercial litigation designed to drive his client’s business forward and considers legal services as a core part of the going concern. He has extensive experience in leading teams in his areas of practice which skill guarantees clients’ seamless service.

He is trained in Tax & Administration, FIDIC Contracts, as well as international trade & investment law. His principal areas of expertise include transactional advisory and due diligence, project finance, asset acquisition, and corporate M&A work. He equally has vast experience in legal and regulatory compliance services.

• Reviewed and/or drafted contracts for Poa Internet, prepared an advisory on share reorganization and facilitated compliance with regulatory authorities
• Providing corporate and commercial support to Adrian Group Limited by advising on key commercial contracts, advising on a proposed private equity investment into a local company, reviewing and negotiating joint venture agreements with international investors and providing company secretarial services.
• Drafting and/or reviewing key contracts for Poa Internet, provision of advisory on share reorganization and provision of legal support to facilitate compliance with regulatory bodies such as the Communications Authority of Kenya
