Dorine is the head of Client Services and Brand management in the firm. Our Clients are the core of our business for which she plays an integral role in.

She’s responsible for helping our business prioritize existing clients and onboarding new clients as well as positioning the firm’s brand as a market leader. She ensures that current clients are well taken care of through regular updates and engagements and implementing customer service policies, training staff, and recommending different solutions to clients.

Dorine also ensures the growth of the firm’s brand strength and visibility, leading marketing initiatives, seeking out opportunities to expand the firm’s service offering by liaising with strategic partners both regional as well as international Partners and implementing the firm’s brand strategy.
