Evans N Moturi – Is a highly experienced governance and public finance management expert with over 36 years in the Public Sector Financial Management both at operational and strategic level. Being an accredited governance Auditor, Evans has conducted audits and assisted in the formulation and revision of various legislative instruments for government institutions. He has an in-depth understanding of the Kenyan Governance systems and practices being a board member of various Boards in Kenya and a chairman of a Board with the mandate to formulate and implement policies and provide oversight to the management of the institutions.
