• Represented a leading Aviation industry company in USA, in a dispute relating to one of its Cessna Aircrafts operating within the Kenyan/ African airspace;
• Representing a Real Estate company in a major Tax dispute with the Kenya Revenue Authority relating to tax assessments of over USD 250,000;
• Successfully representing an Automobiles parts’ dealer in a dispute with the Kenya Revenue Authority valued over USD 40,000.
• Successfully acting for a Construction and Engineering entity in a dispute relating to a demand for guarantee worth USD 1.2 Million.
• Successfully advising and acting for a leading global advertising giant in relation to a USD 3.5 Million contractual dispute.
• Representing a digital Health support solutions services provider in a Public Procurement dispute before the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board in a dispute worth USD 1.4 million
• Advising a client on the proper termination procedures for their employees and the termination dues payable depending on the form of termination as set out in the law.
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts for various clients and reviewing termination letters.
