Rosemary Wanjiku King’ori is a Partner in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Department. She brings over nine years of experience in complex litigation and commercial law advisory, with particular expertise in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) through skilful mediations and negotiations.

Her practice spans civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, private client advisory, and Sport and Entertainment Law. Rosemary is also a Certified Commercial Mediator and has strengthened the team’s capacity in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Sports and Entertainment law.

Beyond her professional work, Rosemary is passionate about mentorship and empowerment programs. Guided by her core values of Transparency, Integrity, and Honesty, she is committed to helping others navigate disputes and foster stronger businesses, communities, and relationships.

• Representing a Media House before the Media Council of Kenya Complaints Commission in a Complaint filed against it for the pulling down of an article and the Complaints Commission found that doing so would be a disproportionate remedy to the impugned article
• Representing a corporate entity before the Competitions Tribunal in an appeal against part of the Decision of the Competition Authority of Kenya entered against it on price fixing and output restriction
• Representing a corporate entity before the Competition Authority of Kenya in an investigation been carried out in the steel sector
• Defending a media house on several complaints filed before the Media Council of Kenya Complaints Commission which have led to successful outcomes on several occasions
• Defending various corporate entities in court in employment, commercial and civil disputes
• Advising and representing various clients on estate planning and management- drafting and registering Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trusts.
• Representing clients in a wide range of commercial advisory matters, in relation to employment and labor relations and company law.
• Assisting Counsel in the preparation of court pleadings in the Presidential Petition filed in Odinga & 16 others v Ruto & 10 others; Law Society of Kenya & 4 others (Amicus Curiae) (Presidential Election Petition E005, E001, E002, E003, E004, E007 & E008 of 2022 (Consolidated)) [2022] KESC 54 (KLR) (Election Petitions)
