Wanjiru Njuguna is a Certified Public Secretary (CPS) and an advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She has extensive experience in legal and governance advisory and company secretarial services. She has been instrumental in carrying out due diligence on compliance and governance including conducting internal governance audits and compliance checks for public and private organizations including Kenya Revenue Authority. She has also rendered legal opinions to the board and board of trustees of the Kenya Revenue Authority Staff Pension Scheme.
