William is a Principal Associate in the Firm’s Commercial and Corporate/M&A Practice and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over five years’ experience in corporate advisory, commercial transactions, and dispute resolution. He advises companies, financial institutions, investors, and entrepreneurs on corporate structuring and governance, intellectual property, and complex commercial disputes.

His experience spans the full transaction lifecycle, from advising on corporate restructurings to regulatory compliance. He also develops and implements brand-protection strategies.

William represents clients in high-value commercial disputes before superior courts, tribunals, and specialist adjudication panels. His contentious practice includes construction and energy claims.

As an Accredited Associate Arbitrator, Certified Professional Mediator, William brings a distinctive multidisciplinary perspective to his practice, with particular insight into regulated sectors such as energy and financial services. He is valued for his precision, responsiveness, sound commercial judgment, and ability to translate complex legal issues into practical strategies aligned with his clients’ objectives.
