A collaborative agreement between the ICT Authority and the IBM Research , housed at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, in which we advised on contractual advisory, negotiation for renewal and actualization of the collaborative agreement’s goals, legal audit of the collaborative agreement, and negotiation of the contract’s new terms.
