LAPSSET Corridor Infrastructure PPP Project (Port and SEZ)
Development of new Lamu port and adjacent Special Economic Zone (SEZ) that is intended to have upto 28 berths under PPP program. Three (3) berths have been constructed with Berth 1 under operation The overall LAPSSET Corridor project is aimed at creating seamless connectivity between the Eastern African Countries of Kenya, Ethiopia and South Sudan at a cost of USD 25 Billion.
