PPP Structuring for Planted Forestry Investment

Advised on investment models to attract private capital into public forestry plantations, reviewed legal frameworks for compatibility, and guided the restructuring of share capital and governance to meet investor requirements. We prepared reports to inform legislative processes and conducted stakeholder consultations, including with the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change, and Forestry, to support the project’s investment strategy.
