Transaction advisory services for the development of phase 1A of Kilifi Eco-Industrial Park, a 998-acre privately owned eco-industrial park built on environmental and sustainable principles in Kilifi County, which involved providing tax advice on incentives under the SEZ Act 2015 and treatment under the EAC Customs Management Act 2004 for enterprises in a Special economic zone.
